Most companies in the market offer a rate of 0.6%. Simply put, if you receive 1000 yuan, you will actually receive 994 yuan. 6 yuan is a handling fee and does not need to be paid in advance. 　　3、第三方配套费用：这部分主要是域名、服务器、小程序认证费，要不要花、花多少，看你选 “独立源码” 还是 “SAAS 模板”：要是选独立源码小程序（能自己掌控代码，后期可改功能）：得买域名（一年几十块）、服务器（前期买 2000-3000 元的够用），还要交小程序认证费（每年 ?300 元，腾讯官方收），这三笔加起来，第一年大概2300-3400 元。要是选SAAS 模板小程序（不能改代码，功能固定）：不用买域名和服务器，只需要交小程序认证费 300 ?元，成本低，但后期想加功能基本没戏，适合预算特别有限、功能需求简单的情况。最后提醒：这 3 笔钱是 “从 0 到上线” 的必备开支，加上功能开发费（人才招聘小程序基础版大概 1-3 万，复杂版 5 万以上），才是总预算。
